Maddalena has a solid legal preparation and knowledge of the policy cycle process. She is as enthusiastic about supporting public institutions and private clients as she is about fine eating. With a background in research and training for civil society organizations active in the social sector, Maddalena subsequently strengthened her expertise in evaluations and impact assessments. She has mainly contributed to assignments for EU institutions, with responsibility for data collection and analysis (also involving database set-up and management) as well as stakeholder consultations (including surveys, interview programs and focus group discussions). She also carries out legal reviews and recently contributed to an EU acquis training course for civil servants.
