Training
In the intricate realm of policymaking, continuous training is critical for both civil servants and professionals in building and developing their capacity to contribute to the definition and implementation of policies at international, EU and national level.
At Syntesia – Policy and Economics, we offer specialized training programs designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and insights needed to enhance their capabilities, enrich their professional development, and enable them to make an impact in their fields. Our trainings may be focused on a tool (e.g. RIA), policy area (e.g. ESG reporting), or a specific theme or topic (e.g. EU policymaking). We combine professional and academic expertise to deliver content that blends theoretical underpinnings, practical applications and best practices.
Our training approach is tailored and user-centered, ensuring that content and delivery methods are aligned with the professional requirements and learning styles of the participants. We start with an assessment of needs to tailor our training modules, which are then delivered by trainers with extensive experience in the area. We only engage in subjects in which we have real knowledge and experience and avoid delivering generalist catch-all training sessions. Through a blend of lectures, case studies, interactive workshops, and simulation exercises, participants gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge that can be applied to their roles. Continuous feedback mechanisms are integrated throughout the training duration to adapt the content and approach, maximizing learning outcomes. Post-training support and resources are provided to reinforce learning and encourage the application of new skills in professional contexts.
