Evaluation of the EU Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community, aimed at assessing performance, results and monitoring systems across multiple sectors and interventions. The project analyses relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, sustainability and EU added value, contributing to accountability, learning and the improvement of future programme design and implementation.
