Candelaria has a background in public policy and applied research, with experience in international organizations, government and academia. Her work has focused on policy analysis, project management and qualitative research, primarily supporting organizations in Latin America. A long-distance runner, she is a tenacious analyst with experience in human and gender rights. At Syntesia, she contributes to the evaluation of initiatives at both the EU and the global level, mainly responsible for documentary reviews and stakeholder consultations.
Candelaria has an MA in Transnational Governance with a specialization in Democracy and Rights from the European University Institute (Italy) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Torcuato Di Tella University (Argentina).
