Evaluation for IFC of the Multi-Country Investment Climate Program (MCICP), a 10-year SECO-funded mechanism supporting investment climate reforms across several low- and middle-income countries worldwide. The evaluation combines document review, portfolio analysis, stakeholder interviews, and country case studies to assess MCICP performance and generate actionable lessons and recommendations to strengthen ongoing implementation and inform future initiatives.
